Let me start by saying this family is FULL of personality, which made this session so much FUN! When I was first contacted by the Raders, they were looking specifically for a group shot(s) for the family Christmas card. As we walked along the family’s property, we certainly had a goal of “Christmas Card” in mind, but decided to let the session play out naturally. We took advantage of the golden hour in a little area along the water, found a steep hill the kids enjoyed jumping around on, and finally settled in along some very large evergreens to grab a few traditional holiday pictures. All in all, I know we captured quite a few classic photos…but I’ll come back to those later in this post….because I can’t wait to share all of the candids that really made this session something special. Most are a little silly, but that’s who this family is, and it warms my heart to see it captured in images. I most enjoyed the sibling love…
